Ronda Rousey is back—and she’s shredded.
The former UFC Women’s Bantamweight Champion is preparing to return to the Octagon for the first time since her stunning knockout loss against Holly Holm at UFC 193 last November and she’s been training harder than ever.
Rousey shared a photo of the progress she’s made for her matchup with Amanda Nunes, showing off a muscular and toned body, looking a bit different from when she fought against Cat Zingano at UFC 184 in February 2015:
Rousey took no chances in her prep for this fight—she basically has done no media or promotion for the event so she can focus solely on training: “All I care about is winning this f—ing fight,” Rousey said to ESPN.
After the stunning loss to Holm and the kick heard around the world, Rousey is ready to get back in the ring—and she’s hoping to leave it as the bantamweight champion again.
