6. Steve McNair, Tennessee Titans
“Air McNair” played through injuries countless times in his career, making magic happen for his team on multiple occasions. In Super Bowl XXXIV, he drove the Titans down the field late in the game, getting within inches of the goal line before coming up short. McNair dealt with shoulder, ankle, calf, back, and leg injuries, but he always seemed to come back quicker and better with each ailment. McNair won the 2003 MVP along with Peyton Manning, and made the Pro Bowl three times.
