Pappy & Company Bourbon Barrel-Aged Maple Syrup
We’re talking American maple syrup, harvested in spring 2015 from Bissell Maple Farm in Ohio, that’s aged 6 months in retired Pappy Van Winkle 15-year bourbon barrels. Look for subtle but distinguished flavors of vanilla, butter, oak, and of course, Pappy. It’s great in recipes (maple Sriracha wings!), cocktails, or, we suppose, on pancakes.
