Think of a friend’s cologne that you’ve noticed and enjoyed. You are probably smelling it from a foot or two away.” Too close, and you will only absorb a portion of the scent’s range. For a better impression, spray the cologne once from an eight-inch distance on your neck. Let it settle for a few minutes. Then assess.
