Asics Joins the Race to Outrun Prostate Cancer

According to the Centers for Disease Control a new case of prostate cancer is diagnosed every 2.1 minutes. With that fact in mind, ASICS has partnered with the Prostate Cancer Foundation to launch a special collection to support the cause. Additionally, Asics America has promised a minimum donation of $25,000 from these special products, which are available at retail stores nationwide.

Besides skin cancer, prostate cancer is the most common cancer in American men and about 1 man in 6 will be diagnosed with it in his lifetime. Utilizing unique strategies for identifying and investing in the most innovative and results-driven research programs, the Prostate Cancer Foundation has generated life-saving results in the fight against prostate cancer. In the past three years, research supported by the Foundation has helped deliver five new drugs for patients in advanced stages of the disease. ?
