Mask: Once a Week
Masks are deep cleaners; as they dry on your skin, they absorb toxins and other impurities that have seeped into your pores. Most should be worn 10-15 minutes before being rinsed away.
“Do a mask only after you wash your face,” says Rogers. “Then, wash your face again afterwards.” This process can significantly dry the skin, but don’t worry; we’ll remedy that yet.
