If you’re a T-shirt and jeans type of guy, you’ve probably owned a pair (or 10) of Levi’s at some point in your life. They’re affordable, fashionable, and designed to stand years worth of wear.
Now, the well-known and loved brand is launching Lined RED–its first RED collection since 2007–which will re-release archived versions of garments from Levi’s past. The name is a nod to days when denim styles were lined with blanket fabrics and sheep’s wool, but this time around, the pieces will incorporate cotton silk and superlight flannel wadding instead. To celebrate the new collection, Levi’s has opened a month-long pop-up shop in New York City, just blocks away from the brand’s Meatpacking location. There, visitors can view all of the Lined RED garments, which hang all around the store, and look at art through bubble wrapped walls. It’s a pretty cool experience, to say the least.
Not in the city? That’s OK. Levi’s Lined RED will be sold at exclusive retailers around the world. For more information, head over to LevisRED.net.
