Obama Admits His Dad Jeans Were a Mistake

On Thursday's episode of Jimmy Kimmel Live! President Obama sat down with Kimmel to discuss this week's shooting of two police officers in Ferguson, Missouri. As "Everybody Hurts" by R.E.M. played in the background Kimmel stated, "It's important to remember that presidents are people, too."

Since online critics don't hold back with the Commander-in-Chief, he didn't pull any punches either. When @theautho tweeted, "Somebody send Obama some lifehacks on how to be a good president. haha. like, i bet that would help. Lol," Obama dryly retorted, "You know, the 'lol' is redundant when you have the 'haha.'"

But it wasn't all about politics. User @TTPratt tweeted, "I am alright with the President wearing jeans. I am not alright with the President wearing THOSE jeans." Kimmel immediately walked onto the screen wearing a pair of Obama's infamous dad jeans saying, "I think that's mean and I don't think there's anything wrong with the jeans you wear." Obama gives Kimmel a long look before saying, "You know, I think they've got a point."
