What do Zac Efron, Ryan Gosling, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, John Krasinski, and Jon Hamm all have in common? They’ve all rocked Randolph sunglasses in their most famous roles. If you want that timeless Aviator look the stars wear, get yourself some Randolphs.
Specializing in metal-framed shades with amazing optics and top-notch quality, Randolph sunglasses are made in the USA to exacting specifications. They’re so well-made the Randolph Frame of Choice (FOC) program provides the Army, Air Force, Navy, Marines, Coast Guard, and NASA with an alternative to standard-issue military spectacles.
And those same specs that support our troops—and adorn our movie stars—are available to you.

Starting with top-grade materials like real glass lenses and precious metal frames, 50 different people cut, mold, stamp, twist, solder, plate, and polish Randolph sunglasses in a six-week process that involves more than 200 steps. Mostly by hand. All to produce just one pair of sunglasses with specifications precise enough to meet the demands the world’s toughest critics: the US Department of Defense, NATO, pilots, soldiers, and astronauts. (And The Rock, of course.)

What Makes Randolph Different?
Many other American eyewear companies took manufacturing overseas, chasing better profit margins. Randolph, though, chose to stay right here at home. Randolph Engineering is the only remaining optical company from the 1970s that kept metal eyeglass frame manufacturing alive in the United States, using materials sourced in the US. Three generations in and 45 years after its inception, Randolph is still handcrafting eyewear to military specifications, right in Randolph, Massachusetts.

Today, Randolph is still family-owned and -operated. And they’re still handcrafting the finest sunglasses with top-grade materials, classic designs, and a relentless attention to detail and quality.
All Randolph glasses are customizable. Just pick a frame and choose your material, your lens, and everything. You can even choose to have your frames engraved, which is great for wedding parties, birthday and anniversary gifts, etc.
