Given the proximity of SafeCo to Puget Sound, it’s only appropriate that the park’s most appetizing offerings are seafood-related. But old favorites like clam chowder, salmon sandwiches, sushi, and the Ivar Dog (fried cod on a hot dog bun) now have stiff competition in the form of the insanely good oyster po’boy from Ethan Stowell’s Hamburg+Frites stand, which is packed full o’ fried bivalves delivered fresh from nearby Taylor Farms.
