Banksy has opened a dark alternative to Mickey Mouse's "Happiest Place on Earth." Showcasing 58 international artists at a former public swimming pool, Dismaland examines the ugly realities of today, with oil conflict–themed mini golf, a domestic violence puppet show, and remote-control boats full of refugees.
Dismaland is a temporary installation in Britian's seaside tourist town of Weston-super-Mare. It's open daily until September 27, and tickets are three British pounds at the door (kids under five are free) with a limit of 4,000 visitors a day. In addition to Banksy, the artists include Damien Hirst, Jimmy Cauty, and Bill Barminski.
