The expansive space that hosts New York City’s Del Posto promises a luxurious dining experience. All facets of a meal are accounted for, by a team of experts in their field. For desserts, that’s pastry chef Brooks Headley, who won the James Beard Award for Outstanding Pastry Chef in 2013. More recently, he authored a cookbook (Brooks Headley’s Fancy Desserts) that was released earlier this fall.
