New Belgium‘s co-founder Jeff Lebesch was inspired to start a brewery with his wife Kim Jordan after traveling through Belgium on a mountain bike with fat tires in 1989. Twenty-five year later the pair run one of the biggest craft brewing company’s in America and their Fat Tire Amber Ale is served on airplanes.
