Crowley’s Ridge Parkway
Where It Goes: This byway winds through northeastern Arkansas and southeastern Missouri. It begins with US 49 at the southern terminus in Arkansas, and ends with Route 25 near Kennett, in the heel-boot of Missouri.

Where to Stop: This byway can be confusing because it includes more than a dozen different highways and county roads. A must-visit for any traveler is Crowley’s Ridge State Park, where you’ll find Lake Ponder, a popular three-acre swimming hole, and several trails to work up a sweat before taking a dip. The route also passes the historic Marianna district in Arkansas, which has an old market, a monument to Confederate General Robert E. Lee, and the Lee County Courthouse.Back to top
